Roger Hendricks Simon has spent his life as a drama coach preparing other actors for their careers. He founded the Simon Studio over 30 years ago. However, he hadn't personally done much acting on film. But one of the films he did do, "The Sublet", got seen by Oliver Stone and led to a small role in the "Wall Street" sequel as Bernie Jacob.
He gives high marks to Stone's bedside manner (Oliver "seemed to be really enjoying himself. In fact, the entire time I worked on the set, I admired how he made the whole experience like a party, with himself as the charming host") and talks about his attention to the details of the performances (as only a long time acting teacher could appreciate).
